Executive Assistant

Location: London | Type: Full-time, permanent

The role

The Executive Assistant is central to the smooth running of Socia Nova Group. Working directly with the firm's senior leadership, you will manage the rhythm of a busy private office. This will involve coordinating diaries, preparing for client meetings, handling correspondence and ensuring that the details which underpin a high standard of client care are never overlooked.

This is a position of trust. You will be exposed to confidential client matters daily, and absolute discretion is a condition of the role.

Responsibilities

Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and meeting logistics for senior leadership

Prepare meeting materials, agendas and follow-up correspondence to a high standard

Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and their advisers

Maintain accurate records, files and client documentation with complete confidentiality

Coordinate internal administration, including expenses, invoicing support and office operations

Provide flexible support on projects and events as the firm requires

What we look for

Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, professional services or a private office environment

Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

Polished written and verbal communication

Calm under pressure, with the initiative to anticipate rather than react

Strong proficiency with standard office and scheduling software
